OUR STORY

South Valleyfield Certificated Site was created by two retired Public Servants, people who shar for traveling and exploring using Camping and Caravanning as accommodation. Simplicity, Value,

tranquillity and peace in beautiful surroundings are at the core of our venture they are also our values; when you book a pitch with us, you’re guaranteed to experience these values.

From the moment you arrive at our Hideaway, you’ll feel the special South Valleyfield welcome. Take a look at our site to learn more, and book your pitch today. Having been members of the CCCGB almost all of our married life, we are acutely aware of the needs of the modern camper and have designed our site with those needs at the forefront of our plans. All pitches are hard standing with 10 amp electrical hookup.
We are located just off the A90 equidistant from Dundee to the East and Perth to the West. The roads around the site are graded as cycling and walking friendly.
Within easy reach, we have antique outlets at Rait and Abernyte to name but two. Also within easy reach is the famous Glendoick Garden centre and Cairn o Mhor Winery. After a long day exploring you can return to absorb the view of the Sidlaw hills or sit in the shade of our orchard.
Visitors to our site have  included deer, hares, otters, beavers, red squirrels, weasels and a variety of birds, from woodpeckers to majestic raptors. Your Dog can be exercised on our dedicated dog walk (on lead).
The site is approximately 300 metres from bus links to Perth, Dundee and further afield via the A90.
Dundee is home to various attractions including the V&A museum and the Discovery Quay. In Perth there is an abundance of small independent retailers, antique dealers, bars and eateries.
Fife, Aberdeen, and the East Coast, Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Pitlochry and Inverness are all easily accessible from our central location, with
